Celebrating answered prayer!

I’ve thrown myself headlong into your arms— I’m celebrating your rescue. I’m singing at the top of my lungs, I’m so full of answered prayers. (Psalm 13:5, 6 MSG)

Prayers were answered today! Mom’s bone flap surgery is scheduled for August 13. Mom and dad will celebrate their 52nd wedding anniversary on August 12 with me by their side – fun for them. We will head to Springfield on the 12th for her to be up and ready on the morning of August 13.

We are so thankful for this date. The physician’s assistant told us they were booked until the middle of September until this morning. And guess what? A spot opened up. God is so good…all the time.

Thanks again to all of you for your prayers and love during this journey. We are being carried by your prayers!
