Let this God-given journey continue…

Psalm 27.1

 The LORD is my light and my salvation—
whom shall I fear?
The LORD is the stronghold of my life—
of whom shall I be afraid?

Our God-given journey continues…We have been blessed to see God’s hand in all things around leading up to this point in time.  God blessed us with our amazing granddaughter yesterday morning. She is perfect.  Mom, dad and baby are doing awesome.  I will carry a picture of her with me as I run as one more example of God’s faithfulness.  We are truly blessed.

As we head out to Boston tomorrow many of you have asked how to keep track of us and the incredible weekend.  There are several ways…

  • 1st- The Boston prelude…WRCB TV Channel 3 did an awesome job covering the story:

* Start Time: Monday, April 16, 10:40am; Estimated Finish Time: 2:45pm – 3:00pm
  • 4th – During the Boston Marathon you can….SUPPORT YOUR RUNNER – ME! :

    I’m so happy and excited for you, Trish! I wanted to let you know I shared the wrcb link with my friend Debbie, who is back training again after recovering from successful cancer surgery. Your story is encouraging her as she is working on getting back into the sport she loves. Love you, girl – I’ll be keeping up with you and praying for you!
