After the first attempt to register for the June 5 Rock ‘n Roll San Diego marathon was unsuccessful…b/c it was SOLD OUT, I was finally able to register with a special pass. I am now officially entered. I will take the next 8 weeks to train and train seriously to reach my goal of 3 hours and 50 minutes. That is the magic time for a women my age. I can do! I will do it! The Lord is my strength.
This all started about 10 years ago when I stated on Wheel of Fortune that one day I wanted to qualify…at that time in my life it would have never happened. Over the past year, the Lord has helped me develop my running talent…so now, it is possible with HIM.
Join me on this journey…I am excited, scared, nervous, etc. But with HIM it is possible!!!
